Starting on September 2, 2014 I started eating clean. Along with eating clean I started walking 20 – 30 a day for 6 days. About 4 months ago I make a goal and registered to walk in the LA Big 5K March 14, 2015. I completed this goal by walking the 5K in 1 hour 4 minutes 53 seconds on March 14, 2015.
It is now time to up my challenge and start down a new path by going to the gym to start working out the muscles.
My New Workout Plan
Monday | Wednesday | Friday
Morning Workout at the gym (I’ll start off slowly and not push myself to overdoing the workout)
- Elliptical Trainer to get full body workout (about 15 – 20 minutes)
- Weight Training
- Legs
- Abs
- Arms
- Back
- Evening Exercise
- Walk 20 plus minutes
Tuesday | Thursday
Walk 25 – 30 minutes in the morning.
No other exercises.
Saturdays
Walk 3 plus miles (as time goes on I will up the miles).
I will also continue on the same eating plan I’ve been on (my new way of life), eating clean.

Tell next time be safe and be sure you are drinking plenty of water. Also, go for evening ‘stroll’ if you are not walking regularly. If you do walk regularly then add 5 – 10 minutes to your current time.
